Community Values

adp-conventionADP prioritizes working at the local, grassroots level in order to reclaim our communities under the vision of community values. This vision is defined by our belief that we are all connected, linked by our shared responsibility, shared sacrifice and shared prosperity. In our pursuit of the common good, we must work together in order to find solutions that work for us all.

For too long, our elected officials have ignored the needs of our communities. Instead of advocating policies of inclusion that balance self–reliance with collectivead-convention-ronny-sanchez responsibility, we have seen the expansion of divisive, go it alone policies that continue to widen the gap between rich and poor, incite intolerance and discrimination and support the well-being of special interests over our own communities.

We will continue to demand that the actions of our elected officials represent our community values. We will support policies that embody our vision of a society that treats all of its members with the dignity and respect they deserve. By joining together we will call on our representatives to promote our beliefs and our goal to create a society in which everyone has the power to direct the decisions that affect their lives.

In amplifying our voice, we will enhance ADP’s influence in Massachusetts. Since its inception in 1993, ADP has accomplished its goals through the production and preservation of economic and political power. ADP is nationally known for its vanguard model that combines grassroots organizing, economic development, and community building to create the world as it should be.
