Community Housing
A New Economy Approach to Housing
ADP is committed to creating institutions and businesses that expand the ADP Community Economy and address the needs of our members while taking control of the decisions that affect our lives. ADP currently operates four housing complexes with hundreds of units of permanently affordable housing. At ADP's housing complexes, tenant associations employ a grassroots governance model with an aim to foster participatory democracy and utilize cooperative decision-making principles.
